Perks just for Families
At Mont-Sainte-Anne, kids 6 and under ski free! Overall, choose from 15 green and 32 blue trails, plus several glades that are easy to access, including La Forêt enchantée that’s specially designed to amuse youngsters. Our favourite for kids? Versant Nord, a.k.a. the North Side, with its backcountry mountain views, easier and shorter runs and fewer lift users.
If your child is just starting out, the Mille-Pattes and Montée Magique are the bunny trail’s two conveyor lifts, and they’re ideal for getting started. At the base of the mountain, also discover the sugar shack and a play park with fun features, as well as a program to keep the whole family well entertained over School Break.
Snow School & Daycare
In addition to the Snow School’s private lessons, group clinics are also offered in the form of School Break Snow Camps. Simply register your child for a one-day experience − or for several days too. For youngsters, Camp Étoile combines a daycare stay with a one-hour introduction to skiing, while Camp Aventure helps older kids develop their skier or rider skills and discover the mountain in a fun and safe way. For tinier tots, the Mont-Sainte-Anne Daycare welcomes toddlers 18 months and up in a stimulating, safe environment. Indoor and outdoor activities, video room, rest zone and a one-hour ski or snowboard lesson await your precious peeps, so you can treat yourself to some turns − at your own pace.
Fun Family Après Skis
For a big hit come après ski time that includes treats to reward your crew. Nearby there are several options, such as the Shack à Patates, Pub St-Bernard, Bam Café, Café Apollo, Bonyeuses, Le Marie Beaupré, Chez Bolduc, Le Montagnais, la Grange – Brasserie italienne or even La Microbrasserie des Beaux Prés, heading west towards Québec City. Check their business hours right on their website! Here is a list of all our best addresses !
