Its 110 km itinerary takes you out to explore the authentic aromas and flavours of the Dégustons Côte-de-Beaupré products. Proud of the history and unique character of their farm culture, its growers and producers have assembled under a new regional brand to underscore the authenticity and long-standing savoir-faire of its region farm scene.
Mainly featuring smaller tracts of land, Côte-de-Beaupré’s farmsteads are in the image of the old ancestral farms that once fed Québec, in its bygone days. Now celebrated for the diversity and quality of their products, terroir artisans and chefs alike offer a stunning variety of foodie discoveries, such as bakery treats, honey, pastries, microbreweries, a winery, cafés, ice cream shops, gourmet restaurants, breeding farms, produce growers with u-pick options, and even an organic kombucha brewer and agriculture interpretation centre.
