Nestled in the heart of the Route de la Nouvelle-France, the Hébert family has been cultivating the land of Ferme Comte de Roussy for 365 years! The charming country kiosk, perched above a hillside orchard, will delight food lovers with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, as well as homemade fruit pies and classic sugar cream pies. A panoramic terrace with breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River, plus a mini-farm, will captivate both young and old. Seasonal self-picking of strawberries, apples, and pears is also available.

Pâtisserie Praline et Chocolat
Tucked inside a tiny storefront lies one of Côte-de-Beaupré’s sweetest hidden treasures. Master pastry chef Ludovic Vault creates irresistible delights: cakes, tarts, macarons, fine pastries and chocolates, buttery viennoiseries, breads, coffee, ice creams, and sorbets, all lovingly made in-house.
